Newcastle Falcons Supporters Club - Annual General Meeting

Each year we invite all members of the Newcastle Falcons Supporters Club to attend the AGM. As a member, this is your opportunity to hear how the Supporters Club has been run over the last year, hear the proposals for the coming year, and also vote onto the committee, the members who run your Supporters Club. Proxy Voting

If you aren't able to attend an AGM but still wish to vote, you can obtain proxy votes from the Chairman or by completing a proxy voting form. This will allow your chosen representative or the Chairman to vote on your behalf in the elections and on any matters raised by the AGM.

The dead line date for acceptance of proxy voting forms will be announced in good time before each AGM. The form itself will be obtainable via the website or by contacting our secretary, Margaret Smithurst
