Guinness Premiership Travel

The Supporters Club endeavour to send a coach to every away fixture of Newcastle Falcons.  The coach however, must be viable and therefore, on occasion, dependent on numbers travelling, a smaller coach (or no coach at all) will run.   If no coach is running, the travellers will be advised as soon as possible before the travel date.

The Travel Coordinator will be responsible (along with the Chairman and Treasurer) to deem whether a coach is not viable to run to an away game.  This will only happen if all other options have been explored.
Unfortunately, this season, we have had to introduce a "no show" fee for travellers.  If you book a seat on the away coach, but do not inform the Travel Coordinator that you cannot make the journey, you will be liable to pay the full travel cost.  We have had to introduce this policy in order to get the best possible prices for our travelling members, and are sure the Members will understand the reasons why.
